Forget “Fix What’s Broken”
It’s easy to look at healing as “help me fix what’s broken.” From my years of experience as a healer and teacher, I can lovingly tell you that this is exactly the wrong way to look at it.
Instead, healing is about awakening to your own wholeness. In sessions and classes, I invite you to open your eyes to see that who you are is already enough.
Love the “Perfectly Imperfect”
At a recent Advanced Class we dove deep into this idea. The theme of this class was “I resonate with my imperfect self.”
There’s an idea out there that personal evolution is about becoming something “more” – more spiritual, more successful, more compassionate. In class, we explored how we perceive that there’s something “bad” about our imperfections that we need to grow out of.
Instead, let’s consider creating a new evolutionary goal. It’s not about more. It’s about coming into yourself. It’s about embracing the whole of yourself – especially the imperfections.
At this month’s Virtual Wisdom Council we’ll create a portal using the Chumpi stones* that will help us heal the relationship with our perfectly imperfect selves.
