In difficult situations, it’s common to feel vulnerable, nervous, or anxious. The body hunches, emotions become unpredictable, and the heart closes down.

But what if there was an alternative? What if you could keep your heart open, even when you’re under stress? What if you could practice a kind of healthy detachment that allowed you to react rather than respond?

In this Virtual Wisdom Council Call, we’ll learn how to break through the cultural and emotional programming that tells us that we need to armor the heart and constantly defend ourselves.
