Virtual Wisdom Council call: Balance

Here we are on the other side of a great national choice.  We are committing ourselves to a new moment of collective shift and change.

This is also a time to make a new set of personal choices.

If we continue to allow the outside world to dictate how we feel, whether in the body or mind, we become exhausted and fatigued. We cannot achieve inner balance when we try to calibrate ourselves to the noise and conflict of the modern world.

It’s time to come home to true internal balance.
