What does it mean to open your heart?

You’re familiar with the invitation to “open your heart.”

To open your heart is to focus on your individual physical and emotional heart. And, it also means you’re called to open yourself to the infinite energy of the cosmic heart.

How do we connect to this vast universal heart energy? We must bring light to the dense places in the body that hold old traumas and past lineages.

With the help of the Chumpi stones, we can deepen our relationship with the Greater Reality and find ourselves in absolute connection with All That Is.

While this work may sound abstract or even esoteric, it’s the most practical body-mind magic there is.
