Imagine standing in the middle of a bridge.

You could go forward. You could go back. You hesitate, because part of you believes there’s a right choice and a wrong choice.

But what if you simply stopped, breathed, and allowed yourself to be exactly where you are? What if you could surrender the “this or that” thinking that makes it impossible to settle into the beauty of the present moment?

This is the chakaruna. In Quechua, it means “bridge-walker,” the one who learns to live in the middle place, neither pulled by the past nor reaching for the future.

When our survival no longer depends on making the perfect choice, we can surrender into the unknown and receive what truly feels aligned. Old beliefs fall away. The higher dimensions open.

Let’s practice together on the Bridge Between Worlds and discover that spiritual “non-duality”  is there, waiting to be embraced and discovered.
