What might suddenly become clear?\nWhen we can see how every part of the self is communicating with the others and all is held together by one unifying force\, we know what it is to live and thrive.\n\nUnfortunately\, we have become accustomed to compartmentalizing every aspect of life.  Such a “divide and conquer” perspective leads to ill health\, isolation\, and grief.\n\nIn truth\, each one of us is as vast as the ocean.
